#2. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Your order will then be processed. If you do not receive the confirmation email due to any technical issue, please contact our 24/7 customer support team, and we will assist you immediately.

#3. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

You may cancel your order by reaching out to our support team at support@calmingdoggo.co. Every product that leaves our warehouse undergoes a three-step, in-depth quality check process. This requires both time and resources to ensure we provide the best quality personalised dog collars. Therefore, we kindly request that cancellations be made within 6 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

#7. WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED AN INVALID ADDRESS OR MISTAKENLY ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS/PHONE NUMBER? 

If you notice that you've entered an invalid address or incorrect phone number, please contact our dedicated 24/7 customer support team at support@calmingdoggo.co within 24 hours, before we fulfill your order from our production facility.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional charges required to reship the item(s).

#8. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We fulfill every order after a thorough three-step quality check process. However, while rare, if you receive a defective product, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or return through our 30-day money-back guarantee policy. Please note that additional charges may apply for claims related to incorrect engraving details provided at the time of placing your order.

Note: We don't support refunds due to defects on products caused by customers.
