The idea for Calming Doggo was born during a life-changing trip to Berlin in March 2019, where I met up with Pamela in a cozy resto-café. She was taking a break from her corporate life, traveling the world, and embracing new experiences.

During one of our conversations, she opened up about a heartbreaking moment—losing her dog in an aisle and never seeing her again. The pain in her voice was undeniable; that dog had been her world. As a dog mom to my 4-year-old Leo, I couldn’t imagine the devastation of losing him.

That conversation sparked something in us. We knew we had to do something to help prevent other dog parents from going through the same heartache. And that’s how Calming Doggo came to life—a brand dedicated to keeping dogs safe and giving their humans peace of mind.
