That’s why every Calming Doggo collar includes a free lifetime engraving warranty.
If time ever dulls your dog’s name or number, we’ll replace the engraved plate at no cost — because quality isn’t a feature… it’s a promise.
What is covered
- Fading or dull engraving from normal wear
- Scratches that make the text unreadable
- Engraving that becomes unclear over time
What is not covered
- Lost collars
- Chew damage caused by pets
- Cuts, fire, or chemical damage
- Damage caused by third-party modifications (drilling, bending, removing plate)
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect readability
Limits & Usage Rules
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only
- Requires order number or proof of purchase
- One free engraving replacement per collar, per 12-month period
- Replacement applies to the entire collar
- Customer pays for the shipping charge, we cover replacement and engraving
How to claim
- Email us a clear photo of the engraving
- Provide order ID or email used during purchase
- Our review team will review the ticket and get back to you within an update immediately. If approved, we will replace the collar at the cost of shipping.
Important Notice
We reserve the right to deny claims that appear to be abusive or fraudulent, such as repeated submissions without visible damage or readability issues.
